Apologies for not having emailed earlier since purchasing a Bosch WAQ28460 Washing Machine on 9 July 2011. As previous customers, we again received excellent service from very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Your delivery men were also obliging and arrived at the time stated. Having been on line to narrow our choice, the price paid on the recommended machine was very competitive. We are extremely pleased with the 28460 which replaced a 15 year old Bosch washer.
